| Start with 1 Aliki Cheese Pizza |
| Ingredients: |
| 1/2 raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 12) |
| 4.5 oz. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed (about 1 cup) |
| 1 cup chopped tomato |
| 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil |
| 1 Tbsp. lemon juice |
| 1 tsp. olive oil |
| 1/4 tsp. pepper |
| 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese |
| Adjust oven rack to center position. |
| Preheat oven to 425° Farenheight |

| Cut shrimp lengthwise into halves. Mix shrimp, artichoke hearts, tomato, basil, lemon juice, oil, and pepper. Top pizza with shrimp-artichoke mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 8-11 minutes until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly |

| Ingredients: |
| 8 oz. Italian meatballs, browned |
| 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, browned and crumbled |
| 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled |
| 8 slices of Genoa salami |
| 1/2 cup shredded ham |
| 1 medium red onion, sliced |
| 1 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained |
| 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese |
| Adjust oven rack to center position. |
| Preheat oven to 425° Farenheight |

| Layer salami and onion; add meatballs and pineapple chunks. Sprinkle bacon, sausage and ham evenly over top. Top with Cheddar cheese. Place pizza directly on oven rack in center of oven. Bake for 8-11 minutes until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly |
