ALIKI FOODS PIZZA FEATURED ON KITCHEN SPACES TELEVISION SHOW OLD LYME, CT - "Smart shortcuts to creating gourmet meals" is the focus of an upcoming Kitchen Spaces television show, featuring Wood-Fired Brick-Oven Style Crust Pizzas from Aliki Foods. The Connecticut-based food company's line of frozen pizzas, available at club stores and retail locations throughout the U.S., serves as the base to create innovative recipes that will please guests and family alike.

Aliki President Michael Pappas shares the secret of his Greek grandmother Aliki's famous pizza crust and recipes for two pizzas with Kitchen Spaces' host Debi Marie. The first pizza, Shrimp and Artichoke, uses a cheese pizza as a base, can be prepared and served in under an hour, and is sophisticated enough to serve to guests. The second recipe, Meat Lover's Pizza, uses a cheese or pepperoni pizza for its foundation and is a crowd-pleasing favorite perfect for a halftime football party. It can be prepared and served in about 11 minutes, making either recipe an inspired choice for a busy weeknight, too. The informational segment, which begins airing in March 2008, will also feature Aliki's other high-quality pizzas -- Spinach and Feta Cheese, Margherita, Chicken Fajita and Sausage Delicioso.
